Vanessa Kelly Lands Stage Role

Curry Theatre is pleased to announce that Braintree, MA resident, Vanessa Kelly, daughter of Gloria Blanco and Brian Kelly, has landed a stage role in her junior year at Curry College. She will be playing the role of Sis in WASP, in Curry Theatre's Black Box show, Family Matters. Previously, Vanessa played the role of a Hot Box Dancer in Curry Theatre's production of Guys and Dolls.

The Black Box student-directed one acts festival, Family Matters, showcasing professionally written one act plays, will run Saturday, March 29 through Monday, March 31, at 7:30 p.m. at Curry College, in the Oscar B. and Frances A. Keith Auditorium at the Academic and Performance Center on the Milton Campus, 1071 Blue Hill Avenue, Milton, MA. Tickets are $10 and may be reserved at 617-333-2259 (Option 2).

Founded in 1879, Curry College is a private, four-year, liberal arts institution located on 131 acres in Milton, MA. Curry extends its educational programs to a continuing education branch campus in Plymouth, MA.
